Had used the Hand Center before for 2 surgeries by Dr. Rudisil with very good results. Returned there for another hand issue. Would recommend this provider to others - Prisma Health Patient on 3/27/2019

I called for an appointment and was unhappy that it was not going to be for months later. Only in early March when I went to the Seneca office for a different issue with a different doctor did I discover that I could have gone to your Greenville office and been taken care of much, much earlier. Fortunately, when the situation was known I was quickly rescheduled to Greenville and was promptly seen by Dr Rudicill. (with the original appointment date I'd still be waiting to see him in Seneca,) how to cure this? When the person who makes the appointments schedule talks to the patient TELL THE PATIENT THERE ARE CHOICES WHERE THE DOCTOR CAN SEE THE PATIENT AND WHEN AND DON'T AUTOMATICALLY SCHEDULE THE PATIENT TO THE OFFICE CLOSEST TO THE PATIENTS HOME. - Prisma Health Patient on 3/18/2019
