You are asked to fill out paperwork online prior to the visit and then the office does not use the information. You are asked to fill out a paper copy of your health information prior to seeing the doctor. This same information already shows up in MyChart/Epic. Then once in the waiting room they manually ask the same questions all over again and type your response into the computer. It's a lot of wasted time for both the patient and the nurse/staff and doctor. If you must manually fill out a bunch of forms at least make them available on MyChart or elsewhere and let the patient download and fill them out ahead of time at their convenience. - Prisma Health Patient on 3/18/2019
Overall Satisfaction: 4.93 of 5
