Q. Who do I contact if I am unable to log in?
A. Call (864) 454-2000 for assistance.

Q. Will I receive a receipt and/or payment confirmation?
A. Yes, you may select ÔprintÕ at bottom of confirmation, or you may add your email and receipt will be emailed to you.

Q. If I have a payment plan, can I make a payment online?
A. You must call Customer Service at 864-454-2000 to make a payment on a payment plan.

Q:  Where can I find my account number?
A:  The account number is on the bottom right side of your account statement next to the payment due amount. 

Q:  Do I need to include my MRN or account number?
A:  Yes, it is important to include the correct MRN or account number so that your payment can be posted quickly and accurately to your account.  If your number is entered incorrectly a customer service representative may contact you regarding the payment.

Q. What if the system does not accept the account number I have?
A. Please call Customer Service at (864) 454-2000 to review your account.

A. 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM Monday through Friday
