The Greenville Health System (GHS) Board of Directors is a volunteer board made up of 18 members. The board is responsible for overseeing care delivery at the state’s largest not-for-profit health system and ensuring the healthcare needs of the Upstate are met. Members of the board reside within the areas served by GHS or have significant business presence in GHS’ service area. The GHS Board of Directors is chaired by Margaret Jenkins.

The Greenville Health Authority Board of Trustees is a volunteer board made up of up to 17 members. This board is responsible for overseeing the lease agreement between the Greenville Health Authority Board of Trustees and GHS Board of Directors, assessing community need, and administering the “Healthy Greenville” and “Healthy Greenville, Too!” grant initiatives to improve the health of the Upstate community. The Greenville Health Authority Board of Trustees is chaired by Rev. Sean Dogan.
