Treating Neurological Disorders
Physicians of Neurology Associates provide diagnosis, treatment and medical care for the patients of GHS Neuroscience Institute and its ten clinical programs.
Neurological disorders are diseases of the brain, spine and the nerves that connect them. There are hundreds of diseases of the nervous system. Some of the most common include; epilepsy, dementia, cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke, aneursym and arteriovenous malformation, headache disorders, and movement disorders.
A neurological disorder can have many common symptoms that may be treated by your primary care provider. However, in cases where symptoms show no signs of improvement, or worsen, you may be referred to a neurologist. A neurologist is a medical doctor who specializes in treating diseases of the nervous system.
At Neuorscience Associates, we treat conditions — from common to rare —with programs tailored to your specific need. Whatever your diagnosis, our treatment goal is the same — live life at the highest quality possible.
