It’s never too early to introduce health and fitness routines into your child’s life. The Greenville Health System Life Center’s Health & Conditioning Club offers programs to get kids moving on their own or with the family. Children’s programs include:
Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run (ages 8-11) and Girls on Track (ages 12-15) are 12 week after school programs that use the power of running to help prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Through interactive activities such as running, playing games, and discussing important issues, participants learn how to celebrate being girls. It’s a lot more than a running program!
