Medically based programs and classes are tailored to new moms, senior citizens, recovering heart patients and others. Certified Personal Trainers help you meet your fitness goals safely and keep you motivated.

The Life Center is a medically based fitness facility located near downtown Greenville. This modern, 55,000-square-foot center offers a variety of amenities and services, with all fitness classes and personal training sessions taught by certified instructors.

All members of the Life Center® Health & Conditioning Club of Greenville Health System (GHS) sign a month-to-month contract and have the option of a bank draft or a savings of five percent if payment is made in full. GHS part- and full-time employees must payroll deduct their dues; PRN employees must bank draft their dues. Membership continues month to month until a termination notice is received.
All members joining the Life Center must complete a Health History form. The Life Center will have a qualified staff person review this form and determine if further medical information, physician release or testing is needed. Members are expected to follow all policies, procedures and the Life Center Code of Conduct as signed at time of application for membership. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 90 days or upgraded as needed. A 30-day written notice is requested to terminate membership.
Individual – one adult member and dependent children ages eight weeks through age 13.
Family II – two adult members living in the same household and their dependent children ages eight weeks through age 13.
Family Plus – two adult members living in the same household and their children ages 14 through 18, or age 23, if the children are full-time students.
PATH (Partners Achieving Total Health) membership, a wellness initiative of Greenville Health System and YMCA of Greenville that provides access to fitness and preventative care that’s affordable, easily accessible and focused on reaching people before they get sick.
Individual – one adult member 18 years or older.
Family – two or more members living in the same household.
