Food for Your Thoughts is a monthly discussion series given by Baptist Easley physicians about timely, important healthcare issues…and you’re invited! Come hear our knowledgeable professionals discuss topics such as heart health, menopause, and childhood obesity. These free events also include lunch. Learn everything you need to know about your pregnancy, delivery, and the care of your newborn. Certified childbirth educators will answer your questions and teach you about the birth process. Topics include: labor, delivery, newborn care, and breastfeeding.

Meet with other people who understand the challenges of living with diabetes. Special monthly programs will focus on topics such as carb-counting, foot care, and stress management.

Food for Your Thoughts is a free monthly “lunch and learn” program that begins at 12:30 p.m. in the Branham Conference Center at Baptist Easley Hospital.
