At Upstate Pharmacy, we are passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care for our patients. As a part of the Greenville Health Corporation, we offer pharmacy services in multiple convenient locations and are committed to providing compassionate, knowledgeable and timely service. Our pharmacies are available to anyone in the community, whether or not they have been a patient at a GHS facility.

Upstate Pharmacy services include:

  • Prescription 90-day supply available for next business day pick-up
  • Courtesy Refill Service for maintenance medications
  • Courtesy fax to physician offices for completion of all Prior Authorization paperwork required by insurance companies
  • Dispensing of all medications covered under GHS Worker’s Compensation
  • Additional services vary by location

Adult Immunizations

Don’t let an illness slow you down! Make sure your immunizations are on track.

At Upstate Pharmacy of Greenville Memorial Hospital and at Upstate Pharmacy – Patewood, adults over age 18 can receive these immunizations from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on a walk-in basis:

  • Influenza
  • Influenza HD: A flu shot for those over age 65
  • Tdap: Important for dads, grandparents or others having close contact with a baby younger than 12 months
  • Pneumococcal: Recommended for those age 65 or older to protect against pneumonia
  • Zoster: Recommended for those age 60 or older to protect against shingles

Upstate Pharmacy can bill most insurances for these immunizations. For those without insurance coverage, competitive cash pricing is offered and no prescription needed. For more information about adult immunizations, call (864) 455-8910 or (864) 454-2369.

Outpatient Formulary (OP RX)

OP RX is an initiative to facilitate in prescription drug cost savings and provide prescribers and patients with knowledge of affordable alternatives to high-cost outpatient medications.
