Our 53-bed licensed rehabilitation hospital is accredited by the Joint Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities (JCAHO) and the National Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) This is evidence that our organization strives to improve efficiency, fiscal health and service delivery, while creating a foundation for patient satisfaction. Our CARF-accredited specialty programs include Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury, Stroke, Amputee, and Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation also known as General Rehabilitation.

Brain Injury Program

Specialized services that emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to address physical, cognitive, social and behavioral changes to and prepare you for the future.

Designed to maximize patient outcomes utilizing a patient centered approach while offering a comprehensive program including expertise in recovery and treatment of young stroke patients.

Spinal Cord Program

Amputee Program
