This mobile app provides a “to-do list” that guides the mother through each gestation period with practice-specific, provider-approved tasks related to nutrition, exercise, and other behaviors appropriate to her pregnancy and specific to the practice.

Insurance and Payment
If you have questions about your coverage after you have spoken to your insurance company, please call our office and speak with us. As a service to our patients, we file all insurance claims. All patients should bring proof of insurance with them to each visit; usually this is in the form of an insurance card. Be sure that you have the correct authorization or referral from your primary care physician (regular doctor) before coming to the office.
Ultimately, it is the patient’s responsibility to abide by her particular plan. Any co-pays or deductibles will need to be paid at the time of your visit. If you are pregnant, our financial counselor will sit down with you on your first visit to our office to discuss any fees, your financial obligations and payment arrangements. If you do not have insurance, we ask that you make payment in full at the time of service. If you have Medicare, Medicare determines the fee for all medical visits and procedures. We do ACCEPT ASSIGNMENT with Medicare. Medicare pays 80 percent of the preset fee. You will be responsible for 20 percent at the time of your visit. If you have secondary insurance, we will file it for you. If you have not met your calendar-year deductible at the time of service, we will ask you to pay that amount.
