If you are a patient with an appointment, our office will call you and together we will determine how best to conduct your appointment – in-person, over the phone, by video or rescheduled for a later date.

If you are a patient without an appointment and need care, or if you’re not a patient and need care – please call the office and together we will determine the best course of treatment for you.

Our team is proud to offer comprehensive, personalized care. We believe in taking the time to get to know you by learning about your lifestyle, health history and personal health goals as well as answering your questions. Our well-trained, skilled medical team diagnoses and treats medical conditions from respiratory infections to chronic illnesses. You’ll also benefit from preventive care, including routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations and health screening tests.

As your primary care providers, we serve as your medical home, coordinating specialty care and ancillary services as needed to best meet your health needs. Our goal is to help you achieve and preserve optimal health for life.

Office Policies

Prescription refills

Refill requests are usually processed within 24 hours. If a prescription is needed sooner, a $5 fee may be charged.

Insurance and payment policy

We accept most insurance plans along with cash, checks and most credit cards. Patients are responsible for charges not covered by insurance. Please note that your co-pay or deductible is due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, payment is expected at the time of service.


To limit wait times, we see patients by appointment only. If you need an urgent appointment, please call in the early morning and we will try to see you that same day. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 no-show fee will be charged when appointments are not cancelled in time.
