Refill requests are usually processed within 24 hours. If a prescription is needed sooner, a $5 fee may be charged.
Insurance and Payment Policy
We accept most insurance plans along with cash, checks and most credit cards. Patients are responsible for chares not covered by insurance. Please note that your co-pay or deductible is due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, payment is expected at the time of service.
To limit wait times, we see patients by appointment only. If you need an urgent appointment, please call in the early morning and we will try to see you that same day. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 no-show fee will be charged when appointments are not cancelled in time.
