If you are a patient with an appointment, our office will call you and together we will determine how best to conduct your appointment – in-person, over the phone, by video or rescheduled for a later date.

If you are a patient without an appointment and need care, or if you’re not a patient and need care – please call the office and together we will determine the best course of treatment for you.

Founded by Dr. David Silkiner in 1986, our practice is proud to have served the Simpsonville and surrounding communities for over 25 years. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, we are dedicated to providing our patients and their families with the highest-quality, most up-to-date and compassionate medical care.

Occupational medicine

We also provide worker’s compensation services for many companies in the area for work-related injuries. We offer on-site X-ray, wound treatment, sutures and other related services. We also can provide any related drug testing as required by the employer. Company health programs

In addition, we provide extensive services to many companies in the area related to employment physicals, drug screens and other health-related services. This includes pre-employment hair and urine drug screens, blood alcohol testing, DOT exams and corporate wellness exams. We are also available to offer on-site medical care to corporations. For companies wishing to discuss our corporate health or on-site services, please contact our office for more information.

Office policies


Our receptionists are available from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. daily to schedule appointments. If our daily appointment schedule is filled and a patient needs an acute same-day visit, we offer appointments after hours on an as-needed basis.

We also are available for sick care on Saturday mornings from 9-11 a.m. If you require care on a Saturday, please contact our office after 9 a.m. on Saturday to speak with a receptionist to schedule an appointment. We do not pre-book any appointments for Saturday mornings. These times are for acute visits as needed on the weekend only.

We request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations so that we may have time to contact patients who may be waiting for an appointment time.


If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department. We provide 24-hour on-call service for urgent medical questions. After hours, please call 1-877-707-3850 and our answering service will page our on-call physician.
