Office policies

Patients are seen by appointment so that we may limit wait time. However, we do our best to see patients with acute illness the same day. Please call in the early morning to schedule same-day acute care appointments, 864-271-7761.

After hours

For all medical emergencies, please call 911. After hours, one of our doctors is on call and will return your call within 30 minutes.

Payment policy

We routinely file insurance so please bring your current insurance card with you to each visit. That way, our staff can assist you with any health insurance problem. We accept most insurance, but please confirm our participation before your appointment.

We request payment for office visits at the time of service for anything not covered by insurance, including co-pays and deductibles. If you have any questions about fees, our office is always willing to discuss them with you.

Our practice is an NCQA-Recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home!

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Recognition Programs assess whether clinicians and practices support the delivery of high-quality care and are built on evidence-based, nationally recognized clinical standards of care.
