To limit wait times, we see patients by appointment only. If you need an urgent appointment, please call in the early morning and we will try to see you that same day.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 no-show fee will be charged when appointments are not canceled in time.
For all medical emergencies, please call 911. After hours, one of our physicians is on call.
Throughout the day, most patients’ questions can be answered by one of our experienced staff. Calls made before 4 p.m. will be returned that same business day.
Visits to the nurse are scheduled by appointment for immunizations, weight checks, bilirubin checks (for jaundice), blood pressure checks, diabetes education and medication assistance programs.
Refill requests usually are processed within 24 hours. If a prescription is needed sooner, a $30 fee may be charged.
Special forms and correspondence
A processing fee will be applied for special forms and correspondence, including but not limited to requests related to life insurance, employment, sports/physicals, disability, driver’s licenses, nursing home and assisted living admission forms, and FMLA.
Insurance and payment policy
We accept most insurance plans along with cash, checks and most credit cards. Patients are responsible for charges not covered by insurance.
Please note that your co-pay or deductible is due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, payment is expected at the time of service.
