If you find yourself in need of care and are unable to see your primary care physician, Mountain Lakes Community Care might be the solution. The emergency department is an expensive, time consuming option for people whose medical need is not considered an emergency. Choosing Mountain Lakes Community Care for the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of non-emergent problems will save you valuable time and money and help you begin feeling better right away.

It is important that you have a primary care physician who can follow up with you regarding your care and provide the long-term preventive and healthcare management everyone needs. Therefore, Mountain Lakes Community Care should not be used as your sole healthcare provider. There are many physicians within Prisma Health, and we would be happy to help connect you with a physician who can manage your ongoing well and sick care.

At Mountain Lakes Community Care, we’re committed to your good health. We are an extension of Prisma Health primary care services and are here to help you get the care you need when you need it.

We provide a convenient alternative for non-emergent care with your individual schedule and health needs in mind. Our services are intended for times when your primary care physician is not available and you need quick medical attention for a non-life threatening problem.

Appointments are not required and walk-ins are welcome. Open to all patients ages 2 and up.
