Our Affiliate System

We are building one organization with affiliates in two regions. Our parent company, now known as Prisma Health, supports both affiliates with overall direction and leadership as we continue to align. We will soon share one brand across the entire organization to better reflect this. The rebranded Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group will continue to operate as a joint venture between the Midlands affiliate and the USC School of Medicine.

Fleetwood Convenient Care

Fleetwood Convenient Care (FCC) varies from a traditional practice in that it’s focused on treating employees, families and volunteers of Greenville Health System (GHS). In addition, FCC also serves as an overflow for other GHS practices. This allows patients to get same-day appointments when their current practice’s schedule is full.

Located on the 1st floor of Baptist Easley Hospital just inside the Outpatient Entrance, FCC is a walk-in clinic, so appointments are not required. The last patient is admitted 20 minutes prior to closing. Wait times vary based on patient volume.
