At Mountain Lakes Community Care, we’re committed to your good health. We are an extension of Oconee Physician Practices primary care services and are here to help you get the care you need when you need it. Staffed by nurse practitioners, we provide a convenient alternative for non-emergent care with your individual schedule and health needs in mind. Our services are intended for times when your primary care physician is not available and you need quick medical attention for a non-life threatening problem. Appointments are not required and walk-ins are welcome.
