At any given time, approximately 500 clinical trials are ongoing at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center (GHS) in various areas of medicine: oncology, pediatric oncology, women’s health, cardiology and vascular disease. In addition to clinical research, GHS also participates in applied basic science to support the development of new medical devices and drug therapies in the areas of oncology, reproductive endocrinology and vascular surgery.
