Aphasia Support Group

Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital hosts a monthly Aphasia Support Group on the 4th Wednesday of each month, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm (times subject to change). Meetings are held in the conference room on the 3rd floor at Roger C. Peace Hospital. Topics range from research on aphasia to open forums for fellowship and support. Family members and caregivers are welcome to attend and participate.

Stroke Support Group

Roger C. Peace hosts a Stroke Club meeting on the first Thursday of each month in the 2nd floor Activities Room at 1 pm. A program topic is presented on a subject of interest to stroke survivors and their families. Refreshments and fellowship are offered. The meeting is open to anyone in the community.

TBI Support Group

The staff of Roger C. Peace Brain Injury and Young Stroke Program is dedicated to the support of the Brain Injury Alliance of South Carolina (BIASC).  The staff takes an active role in the Upstate Support Group, serving on the Board of Directors, and as the chief organizers of the BIASC’s annual fund raiser, Run For Thought.

Amputee Support Group

Location: Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital, 1st floor in-patient rehab gym.Time: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Adaptive Cycling Rides

RCP, AIA and the Greenville Spinners has joined forces to provide the community with adaptive cycling on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Training and fitting provided for new riders with limited equipment available for use.

Time: 6:00 pm every 2nd Thursday of the month.
