GHS will supply the tools – you provide the dedication to quit. GHS and the American Cancer Society® have customized the Freshstart® program to help anyone quit smoking. Called QuitWell, the program consists of four weekly sessions with proven activities and methods to stop smoking.
The program starts and ends during the Great American Smokeout. In 2012, it will meet the first Thursday of January, April, July and October at 6:30 p.m.
Cost is only $40 (scholarships are available for those who quality).
