waited too long for Doctor - 1 hour and 10 minutes after appointment time. Dr. required I come in to review test results that had little to no impact on my daily life and then she didn't even know why I was there. - Prisma Health Patient on 3/16/2019
Overall Satisfaction: 1.64 of 5

the only thing I have a problem with, every time I come into the office, I have to wait for over an hour to an hour and a half to see the dr. I understand that things come up, but my time is just as valuable as everyone else's is. - Prisma Health Patient on 3/11/2019

Overall very pleased with initial visit to meet provider. I had first appointment of morning. But was not seen for 40 minutes due to a medical detail rep. Provider was attentive, answered my questions and provided me with another physician who could see to my hormone prescription needs. Was set up for future physical and given instructions on having labs done prior. Thank you for that! Receptionist were lovely - Prisma Health Patient on 3/5/2019
