Nutritional Awareness Program
The Nutrition Awareness Program at Greenville Health System provides a comprehensive approach to the role of nutrition in heart health and chronic disease management. Registered dietitians help patients assess their nutritional status, assist in developing realistic goals, and individualize a dietary plan of action. Individual counseling sessions and small group settings provide a hands-on approach in educating and encouraging patients.
