      <description>&lt;p&gt;Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center (GHS) is teaming with the Parkinsons Support Group of the Upstate to host a symposium on Parkinson’s disease and its spectrum of treatment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Living Well with Parkinsons” will be held 11:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, at the Carolina First Center.&lt;/p&gt;
Nationally known experts on Parkinson’s disease will speak at the free public event, which follows a medical presentation earlier in the day</description>
