All members of the GHS Life Center® Health & Conditioning Club will sign a month-to-month contract and have the option of a bank draft or a savings of five percent if payment is made in full. GHS part- and full-time employees must payroll deduct their dues; PRN employees must bank draft their dues. Membership continues month to month until a termination notice is received.
All members joining the Life Center must complete a Health History form. The Life Center will have a qualified staff person review this form and determine if further medical information, physician release or testing is needed. Members are expected to follow all policies, procedures and the Life Center Code of Conduct as signed at time of application for membership. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 90 days or upgraded as needed. A 30-day written notice is requested to terminate membership.
Individual – one adult member and dependent children ages eight weeks through age 13.
Family II – two adult members living in the same household and their dependent children ages eight weeks through age 13.
Family Plus – two adult members living in the same household and their children ages 14 through 18, or age 23, if the children are full-time students.
The Partners Achieving Total Health (PATH) is a wellness initiative of Greenville Health System (GHS) and YMCA of Greenville that provides access to fitness and preventive care that’s affordable and easily accessible. The PATH fitness membership can help make a healthy lifestyle achievable and convenient with access to multiple YMCA of Greenville and GHS Life Center locations, as well as special rates for popular wellness programs.

Family ($85 per month)
PATH membership also includes discounted rates for YMCA-sponsored youth sports and Camp Greenville, as well as nutritional consultations, massage therapy and other services offered at the Life Center.

A comprehensive weight management program for children and adolescents between the ages of six and 20. Participants learn how to manage their weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle while working with a team from GHS and the YMCA consisting of a fitness expert, pediatrician, psychologist and dietitian.
