Swim, bike and run – indoors! This 60-minute challenge appeals to beginners and seasoned athletes alike, because you set the pace! Performance is measured by the distance you travel, so the goal is to cover as much distance as possible in each segment.

How it will work:
Each participant will be given the same amount of time for each event:
10 minute swim
30 minute bike
20 minute run
Participants will be given 10 minutes to complete as many lengths as possible. Any stroke is allowed and a maximum of two swimmers may share a lane.
Participants will immediately exit the pool and transition to the Life Fitness upright bikes in the conditioning arena where they will be given 30 minutes to ride as many miles as possible (to the tenth of a mile)
Participants will immediately transition from the bikes to the Life Fitness treadmills in the conditioning arena, where they will be given 20 minutes to run or walk as many miles as possible (to the tenth of a mile)
All distances will be converted to points. Individuals with the highest point total in each category will be awarded.
