Health Care on Your Schedule
If you believe you are having a heart attack, stroke or other health emergency, call 911 immediately.
In today’s busy world, it can be difficult to fit in a trip to the doctor when you or a family member becomes ill or is injured. At MD360, we’re available when it’s convenient for you. Our on-site physical therapy, laboratory services and imaging technology saves valuable time so doctors can confirm diagnoses faster and develop a plan of care.
And, unlike other convenient care centers, MD360 is a gateway to the most comprehensive healthcare provider in the region, Greenville Health System. That means a smooth transition of care if your condition requires care beyond what we can provide.
MD360 is about your health on your schedule. Come see how we’re bringing a fresh approach to convenient doctor’s care in the Upstate.
Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.

No Appointment Needed
You can simply walk in and register to see a provider. While a board-certified physician is always on duty to evaluate a patient, you may at times be seen by a nurse practitioner. All MD360 providers are board certified in either family medicine or emergency medicine.
Our goal is to provide the right care at the right time, and we hope to exceed your expectations for service and quality care. Due to patient volume and severity of patient conditions, wait times constantly vary. MD360 strives to have you seen within an hour. We appreciate your time and patience while we treat each patient individually.

And with MD360’s extended hours, some athletes with injuries who typically would go to the emergency room can now come here, saving time and money. Injures appropriate for treatment at MD360 include …
- Sprains and strains
- Dislocated joints
- Heat illness
- Sports physicals
- Physical therapy
ATI Physical Therapy
Because we see many patients who need physical therapy, we partner with ATI Physical Therapy to offer on-site care at each of our locations. Your MD360 doctors and nurse practitioners work closely with the ATI physical therapists to develop the most effective treatment plan for you—and because the team is on-site, you can head home on the road to recovery the very same day.
MD360 for Businesses

Do You Need a Medical Home?
While MD360 provides care for acute illness and injury, these facilities are not intended to serve as a medical home. A medical home is a place where the doctors know your name and your story, and can provide you with personalized care.
GHS offers many primary care and pediatric primary care practices throughout the Upstate. Visit one of these pages for more information about a primary care practice near you. For medical attention that is more than just a one time visit, these practices are here to help you and your family feel your best.
MD360 Convenient Care participates in most major insurance plans and Medicare. Claims will be filed by the practice. Please be aware that co-pay or deductible required by your insurance will be collected at time of service. Patient will be responsible for any changes not covered by insurance.
Note: MD360 does not accept Medicaid, except in emergency situations.
For those without insurance or who wish to self-pay, MD360 requires a minimum payment of $100 at check-in.
