Our staff at the EAP office is committed to promote wellness and to help employees and their dependents address personal problems. The EAP counseling staff is comprised of licensed mental health professionals who specialize in employee assistance counseling services.
Bonnie Brown, EAP Manager, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. She has been employed by Greenville Health System (GHS) since 1980. Bonnie has experience in a variety of inpatient, outpatient and behavioral health treatment settings. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Bonnie has particular interest in consultation services and work related matters.
Deborah Dawes, EAP Counselor, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Debbie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Catawba College, Salisbury, NC. She obtained her Master’s Degree from Clemson University and joined the EAP staff in 1991. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She was a counselor at the Speech, Hearing and Learning Center and supervisor in children’s services at Greenville Mental Health Services before joining GHS.
Kathleen Raschiotto, EAP Counselor, joined GHS EAP in 1994. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Furman University and a Master’s from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. Kathleen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and experienced in counseling for a wide range of clients and behavioral health concerns. Kathleen worked at Morris Village, an alcohol and drug treatment center, and at Greenville Mental Health Center prior to joining GHS.
Heather Ravnan, EAP Counselor, joined EAP as a part time counselor in 2012. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice. Heather’s experience includes internships at Marshall I Pickens Hospital and the Center for Developmental Services. For a number of years, she provided outpatient counseling services in an agency setting. She has experience with emotional disorders, grief, chronic mental and physical illness, conflict management, relationship issues, drug and alcohol issues, and work-related challenges.
Sharon Laurenzi, Administrative Assistant II, has been with the EAP since 1991. While working part-time, she supports the administrative needs of the program and assists to schedule client appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm.
Ashley Lester, LISW-CP, became a part of the EAP team in 2015 providing services in the Seneca area. She has been practicing clinical social work since graduating with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver in 1996. Most of her practice has evolved from working in various agencies and health care settings with individuals and families who have experienced trauma. She has experience working with young adults and she is a yoga instructor. She is passionate about integrating mindful interventions into her clinical practice and she uses a variety of theoretical frameworks to meet the person where they are so that they may flourish.
Eunice Lehmacher, EAP Counselor, joined EAP as a part time counselor in 2015. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education from Concordia University. She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice with practice experience in community mental health, college mental health, home health, hospice, and private practice. Prior to counseling, she was a high school math teacher. She has been working on the Oconee Medical Campus since 2011. Her specialties include grief, chronic pain and stress, geriatrics, and anxiety, and depression.
Linda (Lindy) Langston joined the EAP staff in 2015 as a part time EAP counselor. She received her Masters Degree in Counseling from Winthrop University, and she holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Substance Abuse Expert. Her work experience includes providing EAP and clinical services for Duke Energy Corporation and Amethyst, Inc.
