Dr. Blake completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Kentucky Hospital. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995 and then received his MD degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. After 6 years in private practice as a general pediatrician, Dr. Blake entered the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics fellowship to increase his knowledge of learning disorders, ADHD and other developmental and behavioral issues.
