| One of the upsides of Med-Peds residency training is the opportunity to take part in twice as many social events! Our residents are a very close-knit group and enjoy many program-sanctioned as well as personal get togethers. Our residents are fortunate to participate in holiday and end-of-year celebrations with both categorical programs as well as having Med-Peds specific gatherings. Our Med-Peds residents also get together for a dinner and journal club discussion every three months. These meetings are timed with the change of specialty (medicine to peds) and enable residents to prepare each other for upcoming rotations in a relaxed setting. |
