The fellow will have daily educational conferences that focus on minimally invasive approaches to hernia, foregut, and solid organ removal. The weekly conferences include Morbidity and Mortality conference for the Department of Surgery, GI conference, and Minimally Invasive Surgery Case conference. Grand rounds occur monthly. The fellow will present one grand rounds presentation on a topic of his/her choice. The MIS journal club meets monthly.
