EAP Services
EAP offers a broad range of services at no charge to the company’s employees, spouses, significant others, their dependents, and adult children until they turn 26 years of age. Our counselors will be happy to answer any questions you may have about services at EAP.
EAP provides confidential, short-term counseling, referral, case management, and education to individuals, couples, families and work groups. Services provided address problems and issues such as the following:

EAP provides consultation and training to managers and supervisors. Counselors provide consultation and resource assistance to supervisory staff to address issues with performance and behavior when personal problems are related. Services are provided to address critical incidents and disaster situations.
Counselors are available to provide training on EAP awareness, stress management, communication, and more. EAP also provides training to all supervisors on how to refer employees when help is needed. Supervisors may contact the EAP concerning training opportunities.
