Roger C. Peace Hospital--Rehabilitation

Brain Injury Navigator, www.binav.org is a South Carolina website aimed at providing up to date information and resources to educators, families, and students regarding brain injury and school re-entry. RCP is working to improve students, teachers and caregivers ability to cope more effectively following a brain injury.

Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital is a member of the Greenville Hospital System. The aim of RCPRH is to promote improved function and health of individuals with physical and/or cognitive impairments.

Scope of Services
The 53-bed facility provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurology, and neurosurgery patients. RCPRH operates South Carolina’s only CARF-certified Traumatic 
Brain Injury inpatient and outpatient program, inpatient and outpatient Spinal Cord ProgramAmputee and Pediatric Specialty Program.  RCPRH was also the first rehabilitation hospital in South Carolina to become CARF-accredited in Stroke Rehabilitation.  The hospital also operates the state’s only Drivers Rehabilitation Program

In addition to these one of a kind services, Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital provides unique programs and services such as a wheelchair clinic, pressure mapping for wound care prevention, and lymphedema management program.  The outpatient program offers
 vestibular services to improve physical balance regardless of the underlying cause.  Wound care treatments include full body ultraviolet light therapy for skin conditions, full body hydro tanks for wound treatment, and hand therapy designed to help injured workers regain to employment.
