If you have questions about the quality or safety of care in the hospital, please notify the GHS Service Excellence Department. The department can be reached from inside the hospital at 5-7975 or 5-6555 and at (864) 455-7975 or (864) 455-6555 outside the hospital.

Please be aware that if you continue to have concerns, you may contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services/South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC).
