If you have questions about the quality or safety of care in the hospital, please notify the GHS Service Excellence Department at 5-7975 or 5-6555 (455-7975 or 455-6555 if calling from outside the hospital). Also, please be aware that if you continue to have concerns, you may contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) and/or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services/South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) by following the process outlined below.
