Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) is a part of Greenville Hospital System, University Medical Group, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our physicians are sub-specialty fellowship trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. We are funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH)to study endometrial implantation and infertility associated with polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis. Division Director Bruce A. Lessey, MD, PhD, is a world-renowned expert on implantation, with more than 100 published scientific papers. Drs. Paul Miller andDavid Forstein each maintain areas of expertise across all aspects of infertility diagnosis and treatment. Together with a world-class team of PhDs and a highly qualified staff, our IVF clinic provides the latest technology for infertile couples. Our Andrology Laboratory provides referring physicians throughout the area with state-of-the-art assessment for the male partner. We also provide access to Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)for couples with known or suspected genetic problems. With offices in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson, REI is where caring and expertise come together. We are one of the leading academic research centers in the Southeast and provide high-quality medical care for couples in South Carolina and beyond.
