The area’s only pediatric infectious disease specialists evaluate and treat children with recurrent infections (pneumonia, sinus), resistant infections, immunodeficiencies (in addition to HIV), bone and joint disease, heart infections, GI infections, urinary tract infections, recurrent skin infections, and fevers of an unknown origin.

Services offered at Greenville Hospital System Children’s Hospital include HIV screenings and treatment, home IV antibiotic management, pre-travel preparations for disease prevention, and medical evaluation of adopted babies born outside the U.S.
