At Greenville Hospital System Children’s Hospital, board-certified physicians in more than 30 pediatric subspecialties and experienced in advanced medicine, treat more than 80,000 infants, children and adolescents each year. Pediatric radiologists and anesthesiologists are on-site around the clock, providing expert care specifically tailored to the needs of children, including critically ill and premature newborns. Children's Hospital supports residency programs in pediatrics (30 residents), and medicine-pediatrics (16 residents).
Here, physicians, nurses and other clinicians approach patient care through the eyes of a child. From specially designed medical equipment to patient room décor, innovative care is delivered in a child-friendly environment.
